Job Description:
A company is looking for a Marketing Strategy & Operations
Lead.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the creation and execution of direct-response marketing
campaigns to drive engagement and revenue
Oversee end-to-end campaign execution, ensuring seamless
integration of creative, technical, and performance elements
Design and run A/B and multivariate tests to optimize campaign
performance using analytics and feedback
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in a performance marketing role, preferably
in the investing or personal finance space
Strong understanding of online marketing channels including social
media, display, SEM, and native advertising
Deep knowledge of direct response marketing principles and best
practices
Excellent analytical and quantitative skills with a passion for
data and performance metrics
Familiarity with HTML/CSS and content management systems is a
plus
