a Bi-lingual/Spanish-speaking Service Writer for our dealership’s
service department. We offer our associates a team environment,

have a great family like atmosphere. Job Responsibilities As a
Service Advisor, you would review vehicle inspections, and
estimates, and recommend proper maintenance care to our valued
customers’ vehicles for optimal performance. Additional
responsibilities include: Greeting customers promptly. Obtaining
customer and vehicle information. Clearly reporting all vehicle
symptoms as described by the customer. Determining and recommending
needed maintenance based on age, mileage, and history of the
vehicle. Preparing a complete and accurate estimate of cost for
labor and parts. Monitor the progress of each vehicle throughout
the day, and update customers frequently. Verifying that the final
invoice reconciles with the work performed on the repair order.
Explaining all completed work and charges to customers. Detailing
customers’ multi-point inspection and future needs. Job
Requirements NO experience necessary we will provide training A
high degree of ownership and accountability with the ability to
prioritize effectively. A high degree of integrity and
professionalism with excellent communication skills. Above average
energy level with the ability to work in a competitive environment.
High School Diploma or equivalent. Valid in-state driver's license.

Position has a Pay Scale consisting of the following elements and
ranges. Wages include Base Hourly Compensation of between $16.11
and $18.00. The position may also pay commission compensation which
is based on the value or amount of closed repair orders achieved
from $0.00 (if no sales are made) without any upper limit other
than performance. The position may also pay a production bonus
based on individual or team performance that may range from $0.00
(if baseline benchmarks are not met) without any fixed upper
limit.
