assist individuals and families in gaining and retaining
employment.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop individualized plans for participants based on assessments
of strengths and barriers
Guide customers through the application process and assist in
accessing essential services
Maintain accurate case documentation and track customer progress
towards employment goals
Required Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED required
0-2 years of relevant professional experience or equivalent
combination of education and experience
Reliable high-speed internet service with specified minimum
speeds
Private and secure workspace for remote work
