Job Description Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – Elementary | Fullerton, CA Location: Fullerton School District Fullerton, CA 92833 Assignment Dates: ASAP – May 29, 2026 ? Schedule: 7.5 hours/day | Bell Schedule: 8:30 AM – 3:00 PM Employment Type: W-2 (Medical, Vision, Dental Benefits Included) Pay Rate: $70–$75/hour Openings: 1 Position Overview We are seeking a qualified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to support elementary-aged students within the Fullerton School District. This role includes a primary placement at an elementary school, with responsibilities that may also include servicing home hospital students and providing support at additional sites if needed. Caseload Details Grade Level: Elementary Caseload Size: Approximately 45 students Student Needs: Autism Deaf and Hard of Hearing (DHH) experience preferred Responsibilities Provide speech-language pathology services aligned with student IEP goals Collaborate with special education staff, teachers, and related service providers Service students in school-based and home hospital settings as required Maintain accurate documentation and comply with district and state guidelines Qualifications Required: Active Speech-Language Pathology Services Credential (California) Preferred: Experience with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) Experience with Deaf and Hard of Hearing (DHH) students Experience supporting moderate to severe populations Why This Opportunity Competitive hourly pay on W-2 Full benefits package (medical, vision, dental) Consistent school-day schedule Long-term assignment through the 2025–2026 school year Potential extension for the '26-'27 school year (This role pays up to $108,000/school year) Supportive district environment Interested candidates are encouraged to apply or message directly to learn more about this opportunity.
