No problem- we will train you and provide the opportunity for you to earn an employer-paid RBT certification. If you bring heart, consistency, and a strong work ethic, we’ll train you from the ground up. What You’ll Do As a Behavior Therapist, you’ll help young children (ages 2–7) build communication, confidence, and independence through play-based ABA therapy. You will: Work 1:1 with children in a supportive, structured environment Teach communication, social, and daily living skills through play Follow treatment plans created by a BCBA Collect simple data during sessions (we train you) Stay active — moving, playing, engaging throughout the day Collaborate with a small, focused team that celebrates progress together This role is hands-on, energetic, and deeply rewarding. Schedule & Hiring Process Full-time | Monday–Friday | 8:00am–4:00pm We move quickly — qualified applicants hear from us within 24–48 hours.
