Description Join a dynamic machine shop specializing in custom
gears, machined parts, and assembly for industries including
aerospace, defense, medical, commercial oil, power, and automotive.
We are seeking a skilled setup machinist in Anaheim, CA.
Responsibilities Read blueprints and check part dimensions with
appropriate measuring instruments. Accurately use measuring tools
and understand necessary company procedures relevant to the
position. Perform in-process inspection of machined parts.
Collaborate with the Supervisor and Quality Department to ensure
parts meet customer specifications. Demonstrate excellent
communication skills and proven problem-solving abilities.
Essential Skills Proficiency with CNC lathes, especially Okuma
CNC's including LT300MY, LB3000, and L250. Ability to make
adjustments at the machine and light setup knowledge. Experience
with aerospace parts and inspection tools/methods with tolerances
up to .0005''. Excellent knowledge of blueprint reading. Additional
Skills & Qualifications 2 years of experience in a precision
machining environment or a minimum of 5 years experience for setup
roles. Experience with Mastercam is a plus. Must have held a

Work Environment Work in a clean and air-conditioned machine shop
from Monday to Thursday, 2 pm to 12:30 am, on a 4/10 schedule. Join
a team of 50 dedicated employees in a collaborative and supportive
environment. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire
position based out of Anaheim, CA. Pay and Benefits The pay range
for this position is $18.00 - $35.00/hr. Eligibility requirements
apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification
and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be
