Job Description Job Description Field Service Technician Field Service Technician Position Overview We are seeking a skilled Field Service Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting electromechanical systems, CNC machinery, and PLC controls at customer locations. This role is crucial in ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities Install and configure electromechanical systems and CNC machinery at customer sites. Perform preventive maintenance and troubleshooting of PLC controls and related equipment. Conduct on-site repairs and provide technical support to customers. Document service activities and maintain accurate records of repairs and maintenance performed. Train customers on the proper use and maintenance of equipment. Collaborate with engineering and sales teams to address customer needs and improve service delivery. Qualifications Associate's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. Proven experience as a Field Service Technician or similar role in electromechanical systems. Strong knowledge of CNC machinery operations and programming. Experience with PLC programming and troubleshooting. Excellent problem-solving skills and technical aptitude. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - For this position, you must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship for a non-immigrant visa.
