Job Description:
Duties: Interface with both technical and business stakeholders
on the design, construction, implementation and evaluation of system environment changes. Triage and interpret
requirements for work requests and translates environment requirements into change requests to ensure
appropriate environment setup and configuration. Submit and approve Nimsoft (hosting) and internal systems Footprints
tickets for environment change requests. This includes, overseeing and monitoring overlays for application data
migration based on environment work requests and constructing and executing basic SQL queries to validate
results. Test application performance for potential bottlenecks, conduct root cause analysis to identify possible
solutions, and resolve database reported problems. Work with developers and other technical resources to implement fixes
based on an in-depth understanding of systems, database, and server configuration. Test operating systems,
application software and system management tools to maintain environment efficiency. Track and manage work requests,
determine and assign priority based on impact and urgency, communicate SLA based on work effort and set
expectations on work requests. Education and Experience Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Information
Systems, Information Technology or related field (willing to accept foreign education equivalent) plus five (5) years of
experience as a Systems Analyst performing Data Administration and SQL script execution. Experience must include
troubleshooting various applications, including internal LAC & Hosting, written in various languages, including
JAVA, DotNet. PHP for issue resolution; Conducting Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and resolving database reported problems
based on understanding of systems, database, and server configuration; Overseeing and monitoring overlays for
application data migration using SQL Server Management Studio and Service Now (Nimsoft) for management and coordination
of overlays; and constructing and executing SQL queries to validate data requirements ensuring expected results
are met using operating systems such as Microsoft Server and Microsoft SQL Server. Alternatively, a Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer
Information Systems, Information Technology or related field (willing to accept foreign education equivalent)
and three (3) years of experience performing Data Administration and SQL script execution. Experience must include
troubleshooting various applications, including internal LAC & Hosting, written in various languages, including
JAVA, DotNet. PHP for issue resolution; Conducting Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and resolving database reported problems
based on understanding of systems, database, and server configuration; Overseeing and monitoring overlays for
