Location: Los Angeles, CA
Salary: Starting at $70,000

A growing professional sports organization is seeking a Website & App Manager to lead the day-to-day oversight of our digital platforms. This position plays a critical role in shaping the fan experience through seamless web and mobile app engagement. You'll collaborate with internal stakeholders to maintain content accuracy, improve functionality, and support key initiatives such as e-commerce, ticketing, and promotions.

Key Responsibilities

• 
  Manage and update website/app content including schedules, news, and promotions
  
  
• 
  Oversee integration of ticketing, e-commerce, and media streaming tools
  
  
• 
  Partner with developers to troubleshoot and implement feature updates
  
  
• 
  Enhance UX/UI across platforms to drive engagement and retention
  
  
• 
  Analyze performance metrics and deliver actionable insights
  
  
• 
  Support digital revenue initiatives tied to merchandise, tickets, and sponsorships
  
  
• 
  Ensure compliance with data security and accessibility standards
  
  
  
  Qualifications
  
  
  • 
    
  • 
    Bachelor's degree in marketing, digital media, or related field
    
    
  • 
    3-5 years in digital product, web, or mobile platform management
    
    
  • 
    Strong grasp of CMS (Drupal preferred), Google Analytics, UX/UI, and HTML/CSS
    
    
  • 
    Experience in sports/entertainment industry a plus
    
    
  • 
    Collaborative, detail-oriented, and data-driven
