Job Description:
A company is looking for a Vice President of Sales (US/EU) to
accelerate revenue growth and build strategic sales plans.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve
revenue and growth targets
Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing sales team while
fostering a customer-first culture
Establish and maintain relationships with key clients and oversee
contract negotiations
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent required
15 years of business development or sales experience in Consumer
Health industries
Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth and exceeding sales
targets
Inspirational leader skilled at building and motivating teams
Proficient in sales stack and CRM tools, such as Salesforce
