Job Description:
A company is looking for a Manager, Claims Operations.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the day-to-day operations of the Claims Operations team
Monitor claims processing performance and implement improvements to
enhance efficiency
Utilize data analytics to track KPIs and report on team
performance
Required Qualifications
3-5 years of experience in management of claims operations
Advanced knowledge of claims processing and data analysis
Proficiency in Microsoft applications, including Excel and
Access
Experience with HMO Medical insurance claims and federal/state
regulations
Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, or
related field preferred
