Affairs.
Key Responsibilities
Research, draft, negotiate, and organize company policies,
documents, and agreements
Ensure compliance with contracts and communicate with third-party
marketplaces
Train internal business partners on compliance processes and
maintain corporate documents
Required Qualifications
Two (2) or more years managing the performance of others
Two (2) or more years' experience at a law firm or company handling
similar tasks
Preferred experience in e-commerce and consumer products
