Job Description:
A company is looking for an AVP Clinical Revenue Cycle.
Key Responsibilities
Directs teams focused on utilization review, denial management,
clinical appeals, clinical documentation integrity, and inpatient
coding
Develops strategies for revenue cycle support and optimization
initiatives in collaboration with physician leadership and finance
executives
Analyzes clinical revenue cycle KPIs to identify areas for
improvement and leads performance improvement initiatives
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in nursing, health administration, business, or
related field
5 years of management experience in healthcare revenue cycle
Master's Degree or Professional Certification preferred
Experience as Physician Advisor or similar role is preferred
Prior experience with Epic is preferred
