Job Description:
A company is looking for an RN Lung Transplant Coordinator.
Key Responsibilities
Perform and document comprehensive physical, psychosocial, and
emotional assessments of patients
Develop and coordinate interdisciplinary plans of care based on
patient assessments and needs
Educate patients and families about care plans, procedures, and
medications while ensuring effective communication
Required Qualifications
Associate's Degree in nursing required
3 to 4 years of Medical/Surgical or Intensive Care experience
Current Texas RN license or Nursing Licensure Compact (NLC)
required
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required upon hire
Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred
