The PTA will work under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist to deliver high-quality rehabilitative care to geriatric patients. Key Responsibilities Assist the Physical Therapist in implementing treatment plans Provide therapeutic exercises and functional mobility training Document patient progress accurately and timely per facility guidelines Work with geriatric and post-acute patients in an SNF environment Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to support patient outcomes Ensure compliance with state, federal, and facility regulations Requirements Graduate of an accredited PTA program Active and valid state PTA license Prior SNF experience preferred Ability to commit to a full 13-week travel assignment Strong communication and documentation skills Additional Details Facility Type: Skilled Nursing Facility Assignment Length: 13 Weeks Start: ASAP Location: Los Angeles, CA
