Inland Valley Surgeons of SoCal, a multi-specialty surgical group serving the San Gabriel Valley and Inland Empire, is currently looking for a Vascular Surgeon to join the group. Position Details: Will be a 1099 Independent Contractor under Inland Valley Surgeons of SoCal Will do a mix of Vascular and General Surgery Clinic Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00AM to 5:30PM offers flexibility in scheduling clinic and OR days. Call Schedule: 1 in 3 (Negotiable) Group and ER calls. Must be able to perform advanced robotic (DaVinci) and laparoscopic surgery. Income Guarantee of $350K in the first year Productivity Bonus based on collections. Productivity based compensation in Year 2 onwards (up to 70% of collections after expenses) Autonomy to build your own volume in a well-established practice. About Inland Valley Surgeons of SoCal Inland Valley Surgeons of SoCal is a physician-led surgical group founded by Anthony S. Oh, M.D., who has been practicing in Los Angeles County and the Inland Empire for over twenty years. At present, they have 2 clinic offices located in Montclair and Covina. The group currently supports hospitals in the Inland Empire and the San Gabriel Valley including Emanate Health, Pomona Valley and Prime Healthcare.
