is seeking an OT who can improve the health and wellness of the
neurological and orthopedic patients in our Kearny Mesa facility.
This OT should be specialized in both hand therapy as well as
neurological conditions such as Parkinson's, MS, and stroke. The
successful candidate will have a strong background in these areas,
with a passion for helping our patients regain their independence
and improve their quality of life. Our outpatient facility is

love to hear from you. Essential Job Responsibilities: Conduct
thorough assessments of patients' physical and cognitive abilities,
as well as their environment and activities of daily living (ADLs)
Develop individualized treatment plans for patients, incorporating
hand therapy and neurological rehabilitation techniques Educate
patients and their caretakers on effective strategies for managing
symptoms and improving outcomes Collaborate with other healthcare
professionals, including physicians, nurses, and physical
therapists, to provide well-rounded, comprehensive care Monitor
patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed to ensure
optimal outcomes Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in
accordance with company and insurance standards Required
Qualifications: Occupational Therapy License - National
registration and CA state licensure are REQUIRED. Bachelor's or
Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
Minimum of 2 years of experience in hand therapy and neurological
conditions, including SCI, TBI, HA, CVA, MS, PD Strong
understanding of anatomy, physiology, and biomechanics,
particularly of the upper extremity Excellent communication and
interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a
team-based environment Commitment to ongoing professional
development and continued education CPR/First aid certification

$36.00-$55.00 Hourly (commensurate with prior experience as a
licensed therapist) NOTE: FLSA status will transition from hourly
non-exempt to salaried exempt following 90 days of employment,
provided the criteria outlined in California's salaried exempt
