Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: RN Specialty: Wound Care Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Monday - Friday Hours per Shift: 08:00 - 17:00 Experience: Minimum 2 years as a Wound Care RN in a hospital setting License: Must have a valid RN license Certifications: BLS & WOCN certifications required Must-Have: - Minimum 2 years recent experience as a Wound Care RN in a hospital setting - BLS & WOCN certifications - Valid RN license Description: The Registered Nurse is accountable for providing care to Wound/Ostomy Care patients. Utilizes the Nursing Process in accordance with the state Nurse Practice Act and hospital policy and procedures. Demonstrates critical thinking skills and scientific judgment. Leads the planning for safe delivery of care. Maintains clinical competencies through continuing education. Delegates patient care priorities based on the education and experience of available staff. Provides direction and supervision of assigned personnel delivering patient care. Shifts are Monday through Friday from 08:00 to 17:00.
