support)- Need help with transfers- Wheelchair-bound, home bound-
Stroke caused him to have aphasia (cannot speak clearly)About the
care needs: - We need caregiver who is caring, patient, and
sympathetic.- Caregiver should be able to easily transfer from bed
to wheelchair and back multiple times in a day.- Caregiver should
be able to help with bathing with the help of the senior's family
member.Services needed include: feeding, bathing / dressing, and
mobility assistance.
