Job Description:
A company is looking for a Team Lead Listing Concierge to
support real estate agents and manage marketing campaigns
remotely.
Key Responsibilities
Manage customer service support and traffic for the team, ensuring
timely processing of orders
Utilize proprietary software to create and review marketing
materials, ensuring compliance with regulations
Provide training and coaching to team members while fostering a
positive remote work culture
Required Qualifications
3+ years of customer service and/or administrative experience
Understanding of marketing, advertising, and social media
Prior real estate experience preferred
Ability to work collaboratively with diverse individuals
Strong ability to multitask and manage shifting responsibilities in
a fast-paced environment
