A company is looking for a Payroll Operations Excellence
Leader.
Key Responsibilities
Drive operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives
in payroll processing and administration
Ensure compliance with taxation and labor laws, including audits
and record-keeping
Manage payroll systems and technology integration, supporting
global projects and automation efforts
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required; MBA or certification in Payroll,
Robotic Payroll Automation, or Lean Six Sigma preferred
At least 15 years of experience in payroll management,
transformation, and operational excellence
Proven ability to implement strategies for global process adherence
and compliance
Experience in payroll technology adoption and automation
Strong understanding of data security and privacy standards related
to payroll
