A company is looking for a Lead Recruiter to join their growing
team.
Key Responsibilities
Act as project leader for recruitment roles, driving the search
process and identifying obstacles
Conduct thorough initial candidate screenings and develop interview
questions to assess high performance
Own the recruitment of experienced hires across various business
areas in the U.S. and Canada
Required Qualifications
7+ years of recruiting experience with increasing complexity in
searches
Experience recruiting across functions such as product, business
operations, and finance
Proven ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously
Successful track record in a high-velocity, output-driven
environment
Bachelor's degree in an intellectually rigorous discipline
