Job Description:
A company is looking for a SmartLab Trainer (Contract role).
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct collaborative and comprehensive virtual training for new
SmartLab teachers, offering mentorship and facilitating best
practices
Create engaging learning experiences following training
facilitation guides and execute them across cohorts
Assist teachers in applying the SmartLab Design Process and using
SmartLab technologies effectively
Required Qualifications:
Current or past SmartLab Facilitator, Trainer, or Instructional
Coach preferred
Experience with virtual presentation tools
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and
deadlines
2-4 years of delivering professional development or coaching
experiences to educators in Science or STEM is a plus
Experience in K-8 teaching with emphasis on problem-based learning
and/or STEM is advantageous
