Job Description:
A company is looking for a Payroll Specialist Lead focusing on
payroll operations in the United Arab Emirates.
Key Responsibilities
Act as a subject matter expert, managing relationships with
stakeholders in Payroll Implementation, Finance, Product, and
Engineering
Process full end-to-end payroll, including statutory filings,
approvals, and compliance
Ensure data integrity, focus on KPIs and SLAs, implement process
improvements, and mentor payroll specialists
Required Qualifications
Experience in payroll management or equivalent leading UAE payroll
processing
Knowledge of payroll best practices
Proficiency in software tools like SAP and Excel/Google Sheets
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, international work
environment
Fluency in English, both written and spoken
