Job Posting Title: Associate Resource Coordinator Req ID: 10143723 Job Description: The Associate Resource Coordinator provides Human Resources and Resort Leadership with comprehensive administrative and data management support, enabling partners and Human Resources Business Partners to focus on strategic business priorities. In this role, you will coordinate headcount processes, maintain data accuracy, partner with leaders on transactional requests, and support core Human Resources operational workflows across the resort. Responsibilities Respond to and process incoming position managed headcount transaction requests from leaders, ensuring timely resolution and exceptional service. Follow up with leaders and Human Resources Business Partners to resolve discrepancies and confirm completion of outstanding transactions. Prepare and reconcile headcount reports and summaries for Human Resources Business Partners. Maintain accurate and timely headcount data across systems and reporting tools. Manage a shared inbox, ensuring transaction inquiries and submissions are assigned and addressed promptly. Respond to general transactional requests from site leaders and partner with Human Resources as needed to resolve as appropriate. Support Human Resources with resort?wide requests, ad hoc projects, data pulls, and reporting needs. Partner with leaders across the resort to gather nominations and participant recommendations for Human Resources initiatives. Anticipate needs, build strong relationships, and proactively support Human Resources and operational partners. Demonstrate strong organization, prioritization, and follow?through in a fast?paced environment. Basic Qualifications Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and deliver high?quality work within tight deadlines. Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in data?driven work. Ability to partner effectively with leaders, Human Resources partners, and cross?functional teams. Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills. Strong organizational, time?management, and problem?solving skills. Ability to adapt to an ever?changing, fast?paced environment and manage competing priorities. Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Outlook, Word) and ability to learn new systems quickly. Ability to navigate sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality. Preferred Qualifications Prior Associate Coordinator Experience. Experience with Workday, Smartsheet, or other HRIS systems. Demonstrated knowledge of Resort Operating Standards and culture. Required Education High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience. Employee at this level is entering the Business Support function having acquired some basic training or relevant work experience. Acquires basic skills to perform routine tasks through completing work via clearly defined procedures under close supervision. The hiring range for this position in California is $56,160.00 to $66,000.00 per year based on a 40 hour work week. The amount of hours scheduled per week may vary based on business needs. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
