Job Description:
A company is looking for a Telecommunication Operator
Communication Services, PRN.
Key Responsibilities
Receive, record, and respond to all phone calls, emergency calls,
and alarms
Operate a multi-function phone system and provide assistance to
callers
Process emergency calls and notify appropriate personnel during
medical emergencies
Required Qualifications
Knowledge of the Nortel console and related equipment
Experience in a medical/hospital environment
High school diploma or GED
One year of switchboard experience preferred
Clear and concise speaking voice
