Chief of Staff, Lead The Opportunity: As the Chief of Staff, you’ll work closely with our senior-level Space Force clients in support of the warfighter, aiding in the timely delivery of capability to meet mission objectives. We’re looking for someone like you to be a trusted advisor to the Government client and liaison to stakeholders. This is an opportunity to work with Booz Allen colleagues, government clients, and cross-functional teams from various DoD and Government agencies to plan and execute large-scale space and ground system acquisitions. You’ll support the integration of PNT systems across a large stakeholder community, manage day-to-day business operations, and track objective and key result for senior-level clients. You’ll develop internal processes to streamline and synchronize the client’s battle rhythm. You’ll orchestrate the development, coordination, and completion of high-priority tasks in accordance with established timelines and quality standards. From building and maintaining relationships with senior-level clients and stakeholders, synthesizing large sets of information to support decision making to obtaining consensus, you’ll lead meaningful Chief of Staff duties. You Have: 8 years of experience in leadership and business operations 5 years of experience in program management or strategic communications 5 years of experience building briefings and advising senior-level clients on courses of action Experience prioritizing and coordinating high-priority and high-impact tasks and inquires Experience planning and facilitating client meeting, boards, and reviews Experience communicating with internal and external clients, including cross-functional team in professional environments Experience with Microsoft Office 365 Ability to travel up to 10% of the time Secret clearance Bachelor's degree Nice If You Have: Experience with PAG or CAG duties Experience with SEV, TMT, and GenAI.mil Top Secret clearance Master’s Degree Clearance: Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required. Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $99,000.00 to $225,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
