of Hawaii. About the Role We’re shaping the future of mental health
care with AI-enabled experiences that enhance, not replace, the
human connection at the core of therapy. Our north star is
clinically-grounded and responsible AI designed to bring greater
transparency, personalization, and continuous support across the
therapy journey. Our work transforms therapy into an experience
that’s more connected and accessible. As we expand our portfolio of
AI experiences, we’re scaling our team to drive innovation and set
a new standard for mental health care. We are hiring a Staff Mobile
Engineer to build Rula’s first mobile apps from the ground up.
You’ll have the opportunity to define the technical foundation for
both iOS and Android using React Native, establish best practices,
and guide our approach to mobile. You’ll work closely with design
and product partners to launch our first patient-facing mobile
experiences, making mental health care more accessible. This is a
unique opportunity to shape Rula’s mobile strategy and have an
immediate impact on how patients and providers interact with our
platform. Required Qualifications 8 years software engineering
experience, including 4 years professional mobile development. 3
years of experience with React Native Familiarity with iOS
(Swift/Objective-C) and Android (Kotlin/Java) native modules Proven
track record in shipping production of mobile apps end-to-end
Experience setting up CI/CD for mobile Preferred Qualifications
While having the preferred qualifications enhances your candidacy,
