Job Description:
A company is looking for a Tax-Exempt Organizations
Attorney.
Key Responsibilities
Advise non-profit organizations on legal issues related to
corporate structure, governance, and compliance
Provide outside general counsel services, connecting clients with
appropriate resources
Manage existing work and contribute to the growth and development
of the firm
Required Qualifications
J.D. degree required
Minimum of 8 years of experience in non-profit/exempt organizations
law
California licensure required (residency not necessary)
Experience in legal or non-legal work relevant to non-profit law is
preferred
Ability to adapt and learn in a corporate and transactional
practice environment
