TITLE: Associate VP of Capital Markets

REQUIREMENTS: Master of Science in Mathematical Finance, Finance or Related Field.

JOB DUTIES: Responsible for managing complex mortgage loan acquisition and sale transactions on behalf of company and its investor clients. Reports to the Chief Executive Officer and routinely interacts with senior leadership at company and its investors. Duties involves using various mortgage-related servicing and legal concepts including purchase and servicing agreements, formal transaction documents, individual credit files, foreclosure, bankruptcy, ownership & encumbrance, lien enforceability, underwriting compliance, servicing comments, payment history, property valuation and relevant federal & state statutes. Communicate directly with internal and external parties involved in each transaction. Manage multiple projects demanding timelines with the primary deliverable being an asset-level detailed assessment of risk including situations with imperfect or missing data. Responsible for day-to-day supervision of Capital Markets Department personnel. Also, include dotted line responsibility for due diligence results generated from other departments at company. Delegates tasks while producing timely and accurate results.
