Job Description:
A company is looking for a Payment Application Specialist to
manage payment posting issues and ensure accurate application of
payments.
Key Responsibilities
Research and resolve payment posting issues within Athena
Analyze user requirements and recommend technical solutions for
timely issue resolution
Apply incoming unpostable records to correct patient accounts and
ensure accurate payment application
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent
Experience with personal computer hardware and software,
particularly in a Windows environment
Ability to process assigned duties efficiently and in an organized
manner
Ability to maintain confidentiality and communicate
professionally
Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations
