Job Description:
A company is looking for an Experience Rating Refunds
Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
Create and modify experience and claim reports using Excel, SAS,
SQL, and other tools
Provide training and oversee the workflow of the ERR Section to
ensure timely and accurate reporting
Interpret experience-related issues and instruct stakeholders on
report derivation and calculations
Required Qualifications
2 - 5 years of relevant experience, including proficiency in MS
Excel
Understanding of basic mathematical functions
Previous coding experience is preferred
Coursework in mathematics, business, or related field
High School Diploma or equivalent combination of education and
experience
