Key Responsibilities
Manage consumer interactions in a timely and appropriate manner
Analyze and process consumer requests while providing general
information about the organization
Serve as the first point of contact for consumers to establish a
positive first impression
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
1 year of customer service experience required; 2+ years
preferred
Experience in a call center environment is preferred
Strong customer service skills demonstrating empathy and
compassion
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
