Job Description:
A company is looking for a Program Specialist, Coordination &
Operations.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the coordination of live educational events, including
customer communications and staffing
Manage a team responsible for event scheduling and maintain systems
to enhance event delivery efficiency
Assist in customizing training content and partner with Program
Managers to recruit and train educational staff
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of experience in developing and
managing live training events
Experience in internal operations and customer-facing roles
Background in wellness, mental health, or healthcare-related
learning and development
Highly organized and able to multitask in changing environments
Familiarity with webinar platforms, Salesforce, and Asana
