Job Description:

A company is looking for a Bilingual Client Outreach Specialist to join their team.
Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with the Referral Specialist Manager to address challenges and develop strategic actions
Build relationships with potential leads and educate caregivers on service solutions
Maintain accurate information on required platforms and keep referral partners informed of patient status

Required Qualifications

College Degree required
Minimum of 2 years' experience with CentralReach
Minimum of 2 years of customer service or inside sales experience
Solid understanding of ABA therapy
Proficient with Microsoft suite
