Job Description:
A company is looking for a Renewal Specialist to manage client
renewals and enhance customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the end-to-end renewal process for accounts under $100K ARR
primarily through written communication
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and provide
regular reports on renewal statuses
Collaborate with various departments to ensure contract accuracy
and support customer retention strategies
Qualifications:
1 year of B2B SaaS renewals experience or a related role
Experience in driving renewals with predictability and achieving
targeted retention rates
Familiarity with Salesforce.com for client management
Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
Proactive attitude towards customer success and retention
