Key Responsibilities
Lead a team of 3+ Consumer Affairs professionals
Receive, document, and track customer complaints while conducting
thorough investigations
Implement resolution strategies and ensure compliance with company
policies and regulations
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree
Proven experience in a complaints management or customer service
role
Knowledge of insurance operations and complaint management
processes
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and related software
Insurance industry experience preferred
