Job Description:
A company is looking for a Provider Data Verification
Advocate.
Key Responsibilities
Initiate outbound calls to contracted network providers to maintain
the integrity of their demographic records
Process multiple providers and locations during calls, managing
20-40 data points with precision
Document interactions and results clearly, ensuring accurate data
updates and compliance with HIPAA regulations
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED is required
At least 2 years of experience in a call center environment, with a
minimum of 6 months in healthcare or medical insurance
Comprehensive knowledge of medical and claim terminology, and
understanding of the healthcare/managed care industry
Possession of any required licensures or professional
certifications as applicable
Proficiency in using relevant software, including outbound dialers
and Microsoft Excel
