Key Responsibilities
Provide technical expertise and implement solutions for ServiceNow
Security Operations and Incident Management
Troubleshoot issues and ensure integration with other systems and
processes
Analyze incidents, perform vulnerability tests, and develop
documentation for security-related information
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in ServiceNow focused on Security Operations
and Incident Management
Strong understanding of best practices and design principles for
ServiceNow Security Operations
2+ years of experience in Information Security and/or Information
Technology
Basic knowledge of Cybersecurity frameworks, controls, and patch
management
Experience with ServiceNow integrations, workflows, and security
incident response
