Job Description:
*Minimum of 5 years experience in lending, which would include
processing, underwriting, or loan modifications***
*Must have experience with managing 50-60 loans in a wholesale
environment or 40+ loans (Retail) in their pipeline per month.
*Experience with processing and completing according to established
policies and procedures.
*3-5 years of experience in mortgage or loan processing and closing
activities, well developed ability to manage multiple
tasks/projects and deadlines, thorough knowledge of processing and
closing policies, procedures, documents, governmental and agency
requirements, terminology and automated processing systems. We are
