Job Description:
A company is looking for a Surround Systems Configuration
Analyst II.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain surround systems configuration and related
documentation
Identify, analyze, and review recommendations for end-to-end
configuration improvements
Conduct root cause analysis to identify issues and provide
recommendations for resolution
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business or Healthcare Related Field;
equivalent education and/or experience may be considered
At least 5 years of experience in a Systems Configuration, Claims
or other Operations department
Advanced experience with Clinical Care Advance (CCA) or equivalent
health services/medical management systems
Systems configuration experience in the healthcare industry
Knowledge of managed care operations and the systems that support
these operations
