A company is looking for a Total Rewards Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day Total Rewards operations and respond to employee
queries
Dive into market data to ensure competitive pay practices and
create compensation analyses
Lead wellbeing and recognition initiatives and partner with
benefits providers to optimize offerings
Required Qualifications
3+ years of Total Rewards experience in compensation, benefits, and
recognition programs
Advanced analytical capabilities with Excel proficiency and
experience with compensation survey data
Experience in high-growth or startup environments with an
understanding of Total Rewards challenges
Exposure to global markets and international Total Rewards
practices
Ability and/or willingness to use the company's product
