A company is looking for a Senior Business Analyst - SDLC -
Hybrid.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze, plan, design, and document training strategies to support
client's technological goals
Function effectively within Waterfall and Agile change management
projects
Act as a liaison between clients, project managers, and training
personnel to define and communicate training requirements
Required Qualifications
Five or more years of experience as a Business Analyst with a focus
on training requirements
Knowledge of adult learning theories and instructional design
methodologies
Familiarity with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
Experience in Agile methodologies
Experience with presentation and/or training facilitation
