Job Description:
As an Operating Technician at B. Braun Medical Inc., leverage

ensure that production processes run safely and efficiently,
adhering to stringent quality and regulatory standards. Become a
vital part of a team dedicated to improving patient outcomes and
operational efficiency in healthcare. Operate sophisticated
manufacturing equipment under GMP regulations. Monitor,
troubleshoot, and maintain machinery to ensure continual operation.
Document manufacturing processes and results in accordance with
company protocols. Conduct quality control inspections and comply
with industry quality standards. Collaborate with the production
team to meet manufacturing schedules and product demand. Implement
and adhere to safety and environmental policies set forth by the
company. Strong technical aptitude and ability to operate complex
machinery. Excellent attention to detail for monitoring equipment
and spotting inconsistencies. Solid problem-solving skills to
address operational issues. Ability to interpret technical
documentation and regulatory guidelines. Strong communication and
teamwork skills. Working knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practice
(GMP). Medical Insurance 401k Certification in Lean Manufacturing
or Six Sigma is beneficial. Relevant technical certifications
related to equipment operation or production.
