Details: Full-Time Locations: Culver City- Van Nuys Key
Responsibilities Perform assessments, develop Child and Family
Teams and facilitate partnerships, strategies and interventions to
engage families with the Wraparound teams and community liaisons.
Facilitators will also identify needs, facilitate Team Meetings,
ensure the development of Child and Family Plans, and design and
monitor strategies to ensure participation, compliance and
cross-system collaboration. Qualifications Master's degree is
preferred with a minimum of one year of experience in a
community-based social service program working with emotionally
disturbed children and adults Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in
Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy or Social Work is required
with 3 years of experience working with high-risk children/youth in
either child welfare, probation or mental health systems in
Wraparound Familiarity with principles of family-centered,
strengths-based services and group facilitation Knowledge of the
local community Fluency in Spanish high preferred. Valid California

high end of the salary someone in this role may earn as an employee
of Help Group. Salaries will vary based on various factors,
including but not limited to, professional and academic experience,
certification, training, responsibilities of the position, and
other business and organizational needs. The range listed is just
one component of our total compensation package for employees.
Salary decisions are dependent on the circumstances of each hire.
