Job Description:
A company is looking for a Community Operations Lead to scale
and streamline community operations in Web3.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage reporting systems and track community engagement across
multiple regions
Provide operational support and resources to regional community
managers to enhance participation
Assist in the Community Grants program by tracking events and
evaluating applications
Qualifications:
3-6 years of experience in community operations, ecosystem support,
or program management
Experience in scaling distributed community teams and executing
events
Familiarity with crypto and Web3 culture, including community
tooling
Operational rigor with a focus on tracking impact and optimizing
engagement
Proficient in Notion, Airtable, Google Sheets, and async
collaboration tools
